Description:
Students ages 16 and up are eligible to receive the vaccine along with any age-eligible family members. MDCA students and families will have priority from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. From 4:00 until 6:00 p.m., the clinic will be open to any remaining MDCA families along with age-eligible students and families from other Mount Dora schools. A consent form will be emailed to all parents and high school students. Students who are 16 or 17 must have parental consent. Anyone 18 or older may give their own consent.
